The Syrian lamb wrap is really freakin' good. Next time you're in the mood for Souvla, try this place instead.

I've been coming to Yasmin for over four years now, and their Chicken Shawarma Plate is seriously the best. When they closed for a bit, I was so bummed not to have all those amazing flavors. The Syrian food here is really unique--the hummus is perfectly seasoned, and the saffron rice is chewy and never dry. I'm obsessed with their garlic sauce and spicy tomato sauce--I always pile both on my shawarma. I also get fries, and I always add a side of cucumber salad because it's perfectly tart and goes with everything. Trust me, just get the Chicken Shawarma Plate and load it up with extra garlic and spicy sauce. It's the best homemade Mediterranean food I've had since Zankou in SoCal.

I stopped by Yasmin's this afternoon after a quick trip to San Francisco. I couldn't leave without picking up my chicken kabob plate. The hummus is oh so delicious, the added jalapeño slices give it the right kick. The staff are so friendly and truly make you feel welcome. I'm so happy its up and running again. Do check this place out for great food. -adelaida

Loved everything about Yasmin. Was greeted with a warm smile when I walked in. I was a little hesitant at first because I'm Lebanese/Syrian and tend to be a tough critic when it comes to that genre of food. I was pleasantly surprised by how authentic everything was. I ordered: Chicken shawarma-10/10 perfectly seasoned and wasn't soggy or dry. Mezza plate- 9/10 had a little of everything . I gave it a 9 and not a 10 because I like my falafel more in a ball then a flat but that my personal preference. I loved that they had an array of drinks to choose from. Atmosphere was 10/10 with all the Art. Will definitely be coming back soon as there aren't many authentic cuisines that carry weight. Thanks for scratching my Syrian food itch.

I had the kebab plate with chicken and steak. The food was very good and fresh. The hummus was my favorite and also came with spicy red sauce and a white garlic spread on the side.

Absolutely FIRE place to go to. Got the Schwarma plate which was super filling and delicious. The hummus was rich and creamy, the chicken was well seasoned and flavorful, and the rice was nice and fluffy. They have a little seating area and the employees are very kind and friendly!

Food: 4/5 we got their cauliflower side (excellent), grilled eggplant (I preferred to cover it in harissa while my friend liked it on its own), lamb kebab (great quality lamb, tender meat), and a falafel platter that came with hummus and cucumber salad. The falafel was fine but not my favorite in the neighborhood. Yasmin has some interesting items on the menu and I would love to go back some time for its Syrian quesadilla. Ambiance: 4/5 we chose this place for its outdoor seating since we brought a dog. It is spacious indoors and you order at the counter and then the food is brought out to you. It was also open for dinner at 9:30pm on a Saturday night which was really nice. Service 5/5 very kind waitstaff; I dropped my knife and before I could even ask for a new one the guy had one in hand for me. They listened patiently and answered our questions while we were debating what to order. Price: $$ reasonable for the neighborhood you can get quite a lot of food for about
